How the print look different, the cell format is same fresh, unexpected, different, printing

please help, i've try to replace with fresh format from blank cell, but it remain the same problem
i dont know, anything wrong??
you can find the problem of printing look after you print this file.
The printing result, its look unexpected, the look is like the cell with different format cell.

for saving paper, i upload the printed one:

I print in HP Deskjet F2180 and gets the problem
I print it in HP Laser Jet 6L and gets no problem with the result.
is it because the printer?
