Adding data from various cells

Columns:
E F G
AirwavesRUS8
FlairUSA4
WarriorsSWE14
Flair CAN 9In Cell: AI2 I would like for the formula to look in Column E for "Flair" and then Sum all corresponding values in Column G.

Any help would be appreciated.
