Stereo Balance Indicator

I just purchased this on eBay and won't have it for a week or so.  Does anyone know anything about these?  Know how to hook it up?

Wicked easy.

Left positive: A
Left negative: C
Right positive: B
Right negative: C

Connect some wires from your amplifier's B terminals to those as shown on the back of the balance meter. Play a known mono source, and slowly move the preamp's or integrated's balance control until the needle hits the exact center. Your system is now electrically in balance.

Supposedly... if the meter itself is perfectly calibrated.

Thanks Tom,  I figured it hooked up like that but wasn't sure.  I bought it cheap and thought it was kinda neat looking.....

looks cool!
