Saw one in a parking lot in Devon England (Georgeham--didn't have my digital camera!!) last October with tags and all, but no driver nearby--rats! It's quite a rig...kind of like a Lotus Super 7 on hi-test. Well, and parked next to it was an Aston Martin DB8...sheesh!
